Youth Programs

We have two Youth Groups: 1st – 4th grade & 5th-8th Grade.  These Programs are all built around the Foundations of Strength & Conditioning and having fun with Lacrosse.  We start with teaching the athletes how to move correctly and continue to build and perfect those movements.  We start out with just bodyweight movements and when the athlete shows competence with each movement, we slowly will introduce the external weights (only older Youth Group).  All Youth players MUST attend our Free Introductory Session before starting with us. What Is Included With Our Youth Program

Free Intro

All athletes come in for our Free Intro to get a look into what our Program is all about.  During this intro they can: see the facility, meet the coaches, discuss our program, discuss their goals and run through a quick workout.

Strength & Conditioning

The Strength & Conditioning piece of our program is the main focus.  All athletes will learn how to move correctly and how to add weights to these movements.  Our goal here is to increase their strength/power/conditioning through their hard work and our programming.

Speed/Agility Work

Along with the strength & conditioning work, an enormous piece to our program is our speed and agility work.  From simple sprint work to ladder and cone drills, with our 2,500 square feet of turf, we have enough room to get it all done.  Depending on the athletes position, we will have specific drills they can do to maximize their improvement on the field.

Stick Work

Our athletes will bring their stick, gloves and helmets with them every time they come in.  We will either incorporate this in their warmup, during our workout, or in the cool down period.  The goal here is to constantly be getting reps and touches so their stick skills become better than ever.

Mobility Work

Most classes will end with a 15-30 minute mobility session where we focus on keeping our athletes mobile which will keep them on the field and off the injury list.  Too many athletes are missing this in their program and it will be an enormous advantage for our athletes.

Open Gym Access

Every Boost Member will have access to all of our Open Gym sessions where they can come get a workout, mobility session, or some accessory work with a coach OR they can throw their gear on and get some reps on the wall or in one of our shooting cage setups.
