High School Programs

We offer comprehensive Off-Season & In-Season programs for the high school player.  The Off-Season program is focused on continually building competence with our foundational movements while adding in strength, speed & agility work.  The In-Season program focuses on maintaining the strength that players typically lose over the season as well as recovery and mobility to keep the players on the field and away from injury.  The game of lacrosse is all about speed & power and this is what we focus on at this level.

What Is Included With Our High School Program

Strength & Conditioning

The Strength & Conditioning piece of our program is the main focus.  All athletes will learn how to move correctly and how to add weights to these movements.  Our goal here is to increase their strength/power/conditioning through their hard work and our programming.

Mobility Work

All classes will include some mobility work where we focus on keeping our athletes mobile/flexible which will keep them on the field and off the injury list.  Too many athletes are missing this in their program and it will be an enormous advantage for our athletes.

Stick Work

Our athletes will bring their stick, gloves and helmets with them every time they come in.  We will either incorporate this in their warmup, during our workout, or in the cool down period.  The goal here is to constantly be getting reps and touches so their stick skills become better than ever.


Along with the strength & conditioning work, an enormous piece to our program is our speed and agility work.  From simple sprint work to ladder and cone drills, with our 2,500 square feet of turf, we have enough room to get it all done.  Depending on the athletes position, we will have specific drills they can do to maximize their improvement on the field.


Every athlete will receive guidance on how to clean up their nutrition in order to maximize their potential during the season.  We will address how to fuel for the game, during the game and recover after the game in order to stay at 100%.

Film Review

Once an athlete decides to join our program, the first thing we do is watch film on them from their most recent season.  This allows us to see how they move on a field and address their individual strengths and weaknesses.  We then determine how we can adjust our program to get them even better for next season.


Our Off-Season program is focused on rebuilding & improving the player for the next season.  We do this by continually building competence with our foundational movements while adding in strength, speed & agility work.  We also spend a lot of time with the sticks in their hands and running through position specific drills & conditioning.
