All athletes come in for our Free Intro to get a look into what our Program is all about. During this intro they can: see the facility, meet the coaches, discuss our program, discuss their goals and run through a quick workout.
The Strength & Conditioning piece of our program is the main focus. All athletes will learn how to move correctly and how to add weights to these movements. Our goal here is to increase their strength/power/conditioning through their hard work and our programming.
Most classes will end with a 15-30 minute mobility session where we focus on keeping our athletes mobile which will keep them on the field and off the injury list. Too many athletes are missing this in their program and it will be an enormous advantage for our athletes.
Our athletes will bring their stick, gloves and helmets with them every time they come in. We will either incorporate this in their warmup, during our workout, or in the cool down period. The goal here is to constantly be getting reps and touches so their stick skills become better than ever.
Once an athlete decides to join our program, the first thing we do is watch film on them from their most recent season. This allows us to see how they move on a field and address their individual strengths and weaknesses. We then determine how we can adjust our program to get them even better for next season.
Along with the strength & conditioning work, an enormous piece to our program is our speed and agility work. From simple sprint work to ladder and cone drills, with our 2,500 square feet of turf, we have enough room to get it all done. Depending on the athletes position, we will have specific drills they can do to maximize their improvement on the field.
Every athlete will receive guidance on how to clean up their nutrition in order to maximize their potential during the season. We will address how to fuel for the game, during the game and recover after the game in order to stay at 100%.
Every Boost Member will have access to all of our Open Gym sessions where they can come get a workout, mobility session, or some accessory work with a coach OR they can throw their gear on and get some reps on the wall or in one of our shooting cage setups.
